Tom Collins

 

Ingredients:

1 ounce San Dimas Mezcal
1 ounce Gin
1/2 ounce Lemon juice
one tea spoon of syrup
Club soda, ice and lemon wedge

 

Pour ice in a long glass, add the San Dimas, the Gin and the juice.
Add syrup, club soda and the lemon wedge. Enjoy the summer.
