COCKTAILS FOR EVERY OCCASION

DIMAS PALOMA

Ingredients:

1 ounce of San Dimas Mezcal
1 1/2 Cocchi Americano
1 1/2 teaspoons of honey
1 ounce fresh grapefruit juice
1/2 ounce fresh lime juice

Glass: Colins
Garnish: mint

Mix and shake the Cocchi and San Dimas, then add the juices.
Add the honey into a glass full of crushed ice. Garnish.

RED DEVIL

Ingredients:

2 ounces San Dimas Mezcal
2 ounces hibiscus syrup
1 ounce fresh lime juice
Cardamom, to taste

Garnish: lemon wedge, mint sprig

Prepare the glass, mug or tumbler by rimming the edge with salt and set aside. Combine the mezcal, hibiscus and lime in a shaker with ice. Add a pinch of cardamom and shake until chilled. Strain into the prepared mug and garnish.

SMOKE AND WET

Ingredients:

1 1/2 ounces San Dimas Mezcal
1/2 ounce ginger liqueur
2 1/2 ounces Cold Ice Tea

Glass: old fashion
Garnish: orange wedge and mint

Mix and sake the ingredients into the cold glass.
Garnish and listo!

EL CAMINO

Ingredients:

1 ounce of San Dimas mezcal
1/2 ounce rye whiskey
4 dashes Peychaud bitters

Garnish: orange twist

Combine all ingredients and stir with ice. Strain over one large ice cube into a glass and garnish.

GIN MEZCAL

Ingredients:

1 ounce San Dimas Mezcal
1 ounce gin
3/4 ounce fresh lime juice
1/2 ounce Maraschino liqueur
1/2 ounce green Chatreuse

Glass: Cocktail
Garnish: Cherry

Mix and shake all the ingredients into a chilled glass. Garnish and listo!

SANTA MARIE

Ingredients:

2 ounces of San Dimas Mezcal
Fresh carrot juice
Ginger beer
Fresh orange juice ​

Glass: Collins
Garnish: lime wheel

Mix 3 fresh juice choices—mezcal. This combo below, simply called “orange,” has a mix of fresh flavors sure to slay the cruelest hangover. The staff opts for San Dimas Mezcal as the base spirit because the smoke and honey flavors from the mezcal perfectly complement the fresh carrot juice and ginger spice.
