Superbowl Avocado Mezcal


1 1/2 ounces San Dimas Mezcal
1 ounce lime juice
1 ounce agave nectar
1/2 ounce Midori
1/2 ounce Cointreau
2 slices of avocado
Ice and salt with chili for rim


Mix the avocado with lime juice and ice in a blender, place in a cocktail shaker and add the San Dimas, Midori and Cointreau. Rim an old fashion glass with salt and chili, then pour the cocktail. Enjoy the game!
