San Dimas Espresso
Ingredients:
3 ounces of espresso coffee
1 ounce San Dimas Mezcal
1/2 ounce rhubarb amaro (Zucca or Sfumato)
2 dashes Angostura bitters
Orange peel for garnish
Pour the San Dimas, the rhubarb amaro and angostura bitters in a cocktail shaker with ice.
Strain on a old fashion glass and then add the espresso.
Add the bitters and orange peel, if you are in a hot situation then add ice.
