Red Cha Cha Cha
Ingredients:
2 ounces San Dimas Mezcal
2 ounces Hibiscus tea or soda
1 ounce triple sec
1/2 teaspoon agave nectar
salt and tajin for rim (tajin is a red chili that is not spicy)

Santa Paloma
Ingredients:
2 ounces San Dimas Mezcal
2 ounces Grapefruit juice or soda
2 ounces Grapefruit juice
1/2 teaspoon agave nectar
4 dashes orangne bitters
salt for rim

Oaxaca Sun Rise
Ingredients:
2 ounces San Dimas Mezcal
2 ounces fresh orange juice
2 ounces of Mandarin soda
1/4 ounce grenadine
Orange wedge and cherry for garnish

EL CAMINO
Ingredients:
1 ounce of San Dimas mezcal
1/2 ounce rye whiskey
4 dashes Peychaud bitters
Garnish: orange twist
Combine all ingredients and stir with ice. Strain over one large ice cube into a glass and garnish.

GIN MEZCAL
Ingredients:
1 ounce San Dimas Mezcal
1 ounce gin
3/4 ounce fresh lime juice
1/2 ounce Maraschino liqueur
1/2 ounce green Chatreuse
Glass: Cocktail
Garnish: Cherry
Mix and shake all the ingredients into a chilled glass. Garnish and listo!

Ingredients:
2 ounces of San Dimas Mezcal
Fresh carrot juice
Ginger beer
Fresh orange juice
Glass: Collins
Garnish: lime wheel
Mix 3 fresh juice choices—mezcal. This combo below, simply called “orange,” has a mix of fresh flavors sure to slay the cruelest hangover. The staff opts for San Dimas Mezcal as the base spirit because the smoke and honey flavors from the mezcal perfectly complement the fresh carrot juice and ginger spice.
