Manhattan Dimas




1 ounce San Dimas Mezcal
1 ounce Rye whiskey
3/4 ounce Sweet Red Vermouth
Dash of Angostura bitters
Cherry for garnish

Pour ice in a mixology glass, add the San Dimas, the Whiskey,
the bitters and the Vermouth. Strain and serve in a cocktail glass.
