Hun Hun


2 ounces San Dimas Mezcal
1 ounce fresh lemon juice
1/2 ounce cinnamon simple
8 drops of bitters 
homemade pineapple juice or tepache

Short shake all the ingredients (except the tepache). Pour the ingredients into a pilsner glass full of pebble ice.  Top with tepache and gently stir to incorporate all the ingredients. (Tepache is pineapple fermented juice)

Garnish: dehydrated pineapple wheel, fresh mint sprig 2 skull sticks.
