2 ounces San Dimas Mezcal
2 ounces hibiscus syrup
1 ounce fresh lime juice
Cardamom, to taste, lemon wedge and mint sprig

Prepare the jar by rimming the edge with salt and set aside. Mix the San Dimas Mezcal, hibiscus and lime in a shaker with ice. Add a pinch of cardamom and shake until chilled. Strain into a jar and garnish.
