Chocolate Santini


1 ounce of San Dimas Mezcal
1 1/2 ounces of chocolate liqueur
1 ounce of coffee liqueur
2 1/2 ounces of half and half
one dash of vanilla extract
ice and shaves of Mexican chocolate
mint leave for garnish

In a cocktail mixer pour the ice, the chocolate liqueur, the coffee liqueur and the half and half. Shake until everything is cold then add the San Dimas and mix again. Pour over the strained mix over a Martini glass and place some shavings of Mexican chocolate on top. Place mint leave for garnish, enjoy!
