1 oz Yuzu Juice
1/2 oz Lime Juice

1/2 ounce triple sec
1/2  teaspoon agave nectar
salt for rim 

Mix San Dimas, triple sec, nectar and grapefruit juice or soda in a shaker. Add ice to old fashion glass and pour. Rim with salt and grapefruit wedge.

1 ounce triple sec
1 ounce fresh orange juice
1 ounce fresh lemon juice
3 dashes of orange bitters
Salt for rim

Mix in a shaker with ice the San Dimas, triple sec and fresh juice. Shake and add the bitters. Rim the glass with salt, fill with ice cubes and pour into glass. Garnish with lemon wedge. Enjoy!

3/4 ounce Islay whisky
3/4 ounce white rum
3/4 ounce fresh lime juice

Add all ingredients to a shaker. Fill with ice, shake, then strain into rocks glass over a large ice cube. Garnish with a lime wheel dusted with Tajin spice!

(Big Bad Spider)

Ingredients:

1 1/2 ounces San Dimas Mezcal
1/2 ounceChacho Jalapeño Aguardiente
1/2 ounce hibiscus ginger syrup
1/4 ounce fresh lime juice
1/2 ounce fresh blended pineapple juice
1/2 pipette Xocolatl Molé Bitters (Bittermans)
2 dashes Peychaud’s Bitters

Shake all ingredients with ice and double strain into a chilled vessel. Garnish with a candied hibiscus flower. Sit in the sun and enjoy 🕷
